Job Summary

Own and improve EHS performance for warehouse and e-fulfillment operations by tracking ORIR/LTI metrics, investigating incidents, and driving corrective and preventative actions. Ensure OSHA recordables are accurate and closed on time, lead safety audits, and keep emergency response, evacuation, and first-aid resources current. Support new-hire and PIT training targets, manage workers’ compensation claims, and maintain a floor-level safety presence across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Own ORIR & LTI rates and use data to identify root causes with the integrated Operations team and drive corrective/preventative actions to completion.
•Ensure every OSHA recordable is documented accurately, thoroughly investigated, and has corrective actions closed on time.
•Support training completion for new hires and PIT safety training at or above 95%, ensuring onboarding safety training is completed before first shift.
•Conduct and score monthly safety audits, track open items to closure, and drive continuous improvement quarter-over-quarter.
•Manage workers’ compensation claims, including modified duty programs, on-time reporting, and cost reduction, while maintaining emergency response readiness.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of safety or EHS experience in production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environments.
•Formal or extensive regulatory experience, including responsibility for 300 logs, complaints, and onsite support.
•Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
•Hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
•Ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently, including being a floor-level presence during shifts.
