Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager with developing, organizing, and executing festival area operations.
  • •Compile advance documents for several festival areas.
  • •Serve as a vendor liaison for related production areas and communicate production needs to contributing teams.
  • •Organize advance documents for advancing, set-up documents, and correspondence between vendors and production departments.
  • •Facilitate advance credential materials for involved vendors and staff, including organization relating to the executive producer branch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 - 20 hourly
