Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automation using infrastructure and automation-as-code practices.
  • •Develop automation using Python, JavaScript (and similar languages) and integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA) into development pipelines.
  • •Implement secure containerized workloads using Docker and define monitoring, logging, and alerting across AWS and Azure.
  • •Automate provisioning, configuration, and enforcement using AWS and Azure Management APIs, including secure identity, authentication, and cryptographic practices.
  • •Work across teams developing Esri’s SaaS, desktop, and enterprise server products, contributing to secure development standards, operational documentation, and support procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of DevOps or DevSecOps engineering experience, preferably in cloud-based SaaS.
  • •Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code and automation-first design.
  • •Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • •Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible, plus Linux and Windows scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
  • •Experience integrating and administering security tools in pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA) and working with container-based workflows (Docker).
