Job Summary

Deliver client-facing advisory work that shapes and progresses cross-portfolio initiatives across property portfolios. Identify and structure opportunities to improve cost, efficiency, and delivery outcomes, develop initiative scope sheets, and coordinate handover to delivery teams. Support governance forums, track progress, manage risks, and help establish reporting frameworks to measure and communicate realised benefits, while leading moderate-complexity workstreams within integrated teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Work on advisory commissions to improve how organisations manage and optimise real estate portfolios.
•Provide best-practice advice and hands-on support to establish, transform, and improve portfolio-level programs and initiatives.
•Support identification and assessment of portfolio-wide opportunities to improve cost efficiency and delivery outcomes.
•Facilitate structured governance forums and translate opportunities into well-defined initiative scope sheets.
•Support delivery by coordinating handover, tracking progress, managing risks, and establishing reporting to communicate realised benefits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree or a recognised professional qualification in fields such as management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls, or information technology.
•3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar consulting role, or relevant experience within real estate, infrastructure, or portfolio management environments.
•Ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on support to clients in real estate, property, or asset portfolio environments, including capital works, facilities management, or asset optimisation programs.
•Understanding of portfolio optimisation approaches, including identifying and structuring cross-asset initiatives to improve cost, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
•Experience working within or alongside PMO or governance environments, including supporting structured forums and decision-making processes.
