Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively support retail market leadership with calendar management, correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • •Manage competing priorities by identifying opportunities to improve leader effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • •Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and leadership events, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
  • •Review, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications and business matters with appropriate discretion and judgment.
  • •Support recruiting and human capital activities and process invoices and vendor/contractor/consultant payments accurately and timely.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum five years of administrative, executive assistant, or related business support experience.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and discretion for sensitive information.
