Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality, cloud‑native software, providing hands‑on technical leadership across the Microsoft stack including .NET, C#, React/TypeScript, Azure, Terraform, and SQL Server.
•Mentor and coach developers at all levels, promoting best practices and shaping engineering frameworks, patterns, and internal standards.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues during critical times, collaborating with Architects to evolve shared frameworks and platform components.
•Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, Platform Engineers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business goals; engage with third‑party partners throughout design, build, and support cycles.
•Drive continuous improvement and innovation, strengthening engineering foundations, pipelines, templates, and automation to improve developer experience and platform quality.

Key Requirements

•Proven commercial experience with C#, .NET Core, and React/TypeScript in a cloud-native environment.
•Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, OWASP guidelines, and secure coding practices.
