Job Summary

Prepare and review fund annual and semi-annual financial statements and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and FRS 102 as well as Irish regulatory requirements. Work closely with auditors, investment managers and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality reporting. Maintain complete disclosures and manage third-party and delegated manager filing processes (including CBI and AIFMD-related submissions) while meeting strict deadlines and supporting risk management and client service.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review fund annual and semi-annual financial statements in line with IFRS, US GAAP and FRS 102 and regulatory requirements.
•Prepare and review financial statement workings and underlying support files, ensuring completeness of disclosures.
•Review and prepare CBI third-party fund regulatory filings, including OFI3 and SPV returns and interim/annual statements.
•Prepare and review delegated Fund Investment Manager regulatory filings, including AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF and CPO PQR.
•Deliver accurate, timely reporting and maintain quality, risk management focus, and a positive team environment.

Key Requirements

•Accounting, finance or business degree and part/qualified accountant status.
•5 years’ experience in Funds Financial and Regulatory Reporting.
•Ability to work in a team environment or independently and meet strict deadlines.
•Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
•Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
