Vice President, Mechanical Design Engineering

Lead mechanical engineering and HVAC design for complex healthcare, lab, higher-education, and mixed-use commercial projects from concept through construction closeout. Coordinate, review, and approve HVAC/mechanical plans for code and standard compliance (including ASHRAE and FGI), oversee system strategy and calculations, and manage cross-functional engineering teams. Provide technical input for business development and client/pursuit efforts while building stakeholder relationships and presenting findings to address design and construction challenges.
