Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish guidelines and specifications for preventive maintenance and equipment health activities.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance systems/processes and equipment upgrades to improve reliability.
  • •Analyze equipment trends, historical data, and OEE data; recommend and justify improvements to reduce life-cycle cost.
  • •Identify root causes and develop reliability solutions using RCFA, FMEA, and equipment history reviews.
  • •Manage mechanical integrity and reliability programs, define critical spare parts, and support shutdowns and capital projects with design-for-reliability input.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical).
  • •3–5 years of experience in a plant/manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with both fixed equipment (vessels, piping, heat exchangers) and rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes, compressors, etc.).
  • •Knowledge of equipment reliability principles and predictive maintenance disciplines.
  • •Advanced computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
