Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II (Manheim)

Support Manheim account relationships by communicating with customers and ensuring requirements are met. Review and update vehicle condition and repair reports, walk vehicles to recommend reconditioning, and provide quality service while resolving inquiries. Coordinate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure proper vehicle movement and timely reconditioning, and help prepare vehicle presentations for sale. Follow Safety Excellence standards and perform assigned duties.
