Senior internal communications professional responsible for telling Adobe's employee and company stories across internal platforms, sourcing narratives from across regions and teams, and coordinating editorial operations. You will work with Communications, Product, and Brand to share key moments and drive engagement, using data and AI to refine workflows and content. Strong writing, editing, and collaboration are essential to translate product news into clear, impactful stories.

Key Responsibilities

•Build content for the company’s internal platforms that tells employee and company stories.
•Find and source stories worth telling from across roles, regions, and teams.
•Support Customer Zero storytelling, from employee betas to product stories that help employees understand and connect with the brand.
•Tell the story of Adobe’s biggest moments, from internal employee experiences to our largest events.
•Own the Employee Comms content calendar and support editorial operations that keep us organized.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in content creation, internal or corporate communications, journalism, or editorial storytelling.
•Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for turning company and product news into clear, engaging stories.
•Ability to find a story, obtain the details, and produce strong work on a short timeline.
•Sound editorial judgment and ability to stay organized across a content calendar and multiple projects.
•Experience using AI tools to improve content creation.
