Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build software applications to solve partner operational problems, owning them end-to-end from architecture through deployment.
  • •Convert loosely defined real-world requirements from partner militaries and organizations into working software under tight timelines.
  • •Build interfaces and connectors between platforms and partner systems and validate end-to-end data flows in the field.
  • •Deploy solutions on site, gather feedback from operators, and iterate quickly based on what works in practice.
  • •Debug issues in live operational settings, drive resolution, and document learnings to improve future deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years building and shipping production software in Python and at least one lower-level language (C++, Rust, or Go).
  • •Track record of defining and building end-to-end systems that reached a working, deployed solution.
  • •Ability to own software end-to-end (design, build, debug, deploy), including on Linux in operational/field conditions.
  • •Confident, clear communication with client technical teams and senior stakeholders, with a bias to action.
  • •English proficiency is mandatory.
