Lead strategic growth decisions for Zurich Cover-More’s global Business Transformation function by partnering with executive leaders to identify and prioritize key markets. •Partner with executive leadership, Zurich business unit and Group leaders, and external subject matter experts to identify and prioritize key markets for strategic review.
•Lead deep-dive market assessments across existing and potential new markets, including opportunity sizing, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and demand drivers.
•Define required capabilities, investments, subject matter expertise, and capacity to pursue identified opportunities.
•Develop financial and operational business models, business cases, strategic recommendations, and execution roadmaps.
•Present findings to senior leaders and track performance over time; adopt AI and emerging tools to improve research and strategic documentation efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

•Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, business operations, or a related field, ideally in insurance, financial services, travel, or a complex global industry.

•Proven experience using research, data, and structured analysis to develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities.
•Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills to turn complex information into concise, executive-ready presentations and proposals.
•Strong project management and problem-solving skills to balance priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
