Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the plant foreperson with daily plant operations and upkeep.
  • •Operate heavy equipment such as a front-end loader and skid steer loader safely and efficiently.
  • •Perform miscellaneous duties including general labor, shoveling, equipment maintenance, and assisting crew members as needed.
  • •May perform welding and fabrication duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
  • •Ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including a front-end loader and skid steer loader.

  • •Ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly.
  • •Willingness to follow directions and work travel needs, including nights and weekends when necessary.
