Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive alignment and standardization across various fabs on Best-Know-Methods (BKMs).
  • •Develop and apply metrics to measure standardization, sustainability, scalability, and synchronization of BKMs.
  • •Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to improve program deliverables.
  • •Implement change management methods/tools to increase adoption and capture program return of investment.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional teams on yield reports, optimize processes, manage team meeting structure, and support safety concerns while traveling to Micron sites as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering and related field of study.
  • •2 years of experience in an engineering field.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence by indirect leadership to drive resourcing to critical projects.
  • •Demonstrated capability to deal with complexity and use resources effectively to bring clarity to required actions.
  • •Applicants with experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and automation tools (RPA UiPath, PowerAutomate) are preferred.
