Build and customize web-based training content and phishing simulations, including branded landing pages, micro-sites, interactive HTML, and HTML emails. Ensure cross-client and browser consistency—especially across Outlook and Gmail—apply customer-specific branding, and test for quality. Partner with the Content Team to create educational modules, videos, and infographics, manage customer-facing requests through Zendesk and JIRA, and maintain documentation and deliverable customization workflows.
