Senior Program Manager- Services

Lead complex, multi-track client engagements from initiation through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, product, creative, and strategy. Own program governance, estimation, resourcing, and scope management while driving execution for on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing executive relationships, expectations, negotiations, and escalations. Lead and motivate diverse global teams focused on implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
