Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead modernization by partnering with Tech and Data Engineering to decommission legacy systems and build foundational next-gen data capabilities for Recoveries
  • •Build and scale AI-leveraged tooling that serves as a source of truth for Card servicing policies across agents and digital channels
  • •Drive delivery for the Card Credit Bureau Disputes team, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and frictionless customer experiences
  • •Lead strategy and delivery for Fraud & Disputes back-office backend technology, including product priorities, definitions of success, backlog prioritization, and business cases
  • •Own translation of business vision into execution through MVP definition, user stories, agile planning, and risk-aware preventative controls

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • •1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • •1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • •1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
