•Increase operational visibility and responsiveness via monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
•Strengthen customer and business confidence by helping ensure secure, highly available production environments for reliable payment experiences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or related field.
•Foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages and interest in applying software engineering to infrastructure and operations.
•Understanding of Unix/Linux and networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and network topologies (or willingness to build expertise).
•Analytical problem-solving skills to evaluate issues and deliver effective solutions using structured approaches.
