Job Summary

Provide prompt, efficient service to walk-in customers at the branch by handling inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution. Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant retail banking products and services. Support key account processes including liability onboarding, covered card handling, debit card and account inquiries, and services such as transfers, standing orders, and e-statement issuance. This role combines Helpdesk and CRO responsibilities under the branch development concept.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide prompt and efficient service to all walk-in customers.
•Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues effectively.
•Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services.
•Support finance activities such as liability onboarding and covered card handling.
•Perform customer service tasks including debit card inquiries, account inquiries, transfers, standing order changes, and statement/certificate issuance.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail & Institutional Banking products and services.
•Knowledge of ADIB’s Operational Policies and Procedures.
•Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks, including regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
•Fair knowledge of service standards and cross sales.
•Computer skills.
