Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly U.S. GAAP close process for assigned entities, ensuring accurate accounts, timely reporting, and quality control.
  • •Oversee annual statutory account filing, coordinating with audit firms and relevant external providers and internal directors.
  • •Manage compliance from a corporate governance perspective in coordination with the Legal team, including internal control compliance processes and coordination with Corporate Internal Audit.
  • •Partner with Corporate Accounting, Regional peers, and global functional leaders; oversee relationships with third-party accounting, advisory, audit, and tax service providers.
  • •Support expense management, budgeting and forecasting, treasury activities (cash forecasting, credit and collections, cash repatriation), and drive gross margin reporting and process improvements.

Salary: SGD 145,500 - 242,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration; Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
  • •Minimum 12–15 years relevant experience, including recent experience as Manager Accounting, Country Controller, or Financial Control.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial principles, U.S. GAAP, and local statutory accounting requirements.
  • •Experience across multiple countries with accounting and taxation requirements, plus corporate governance and legal entity management.
  • •Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical/problem-solving and project management ability.
