Key Responsibilities

•Lead global, cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of cybersecurity and AI security projects and programs.
•Develop and manage project charters, governance and communication plans; provide executive-ready risk narratives.
•Plan and deliver AI-related IAM controls (workload identities, service principals, least privilege, approvals, secret management) and data protection controls (classification, encryption, tokenization, retention).
•Oversee AI security operations controls (logging, anomaly detection, SIEM/SOAR, incident response, red teaming).
•Identify risks, dependencies, and drive timely delivery with coordination across product, control owners, and platform teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,400 - 240,400 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of overall experience in Financial Services with at least 5 years leading high-visibility technology projects involving AI
•Cybersecurity Project Management experience—leading cybersecurity projects related to IAM, Data Protection, Security Operations, Attack Surface Management, or adjacent control domains
•AI Delivery & Security experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI capabilities (LLM/agentic AI) in regulated environments with expertise in securing AI services, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications
•Agentic AI & LLM technical fluency including familiarity with tool/function calling, orchestration, vector/embedding stores, agent frameworks, and common failure modes (hallucinations, prompt injection)
•AI-related IAM/Data Protection/ Security Operations controls design and implementation (workload identities, RBAC/ABAC, encryption, tokenization, DLP, prompt handling, SIEM/SOAR)
