Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver cybersecurity and AI security projects and programs with measurable control objectives.
  • •Plan and execute delivery of AI IAM controls for human and non-human/agent identities, including workload identities and privileged access workflows.
  • •Plan and execute delivery of AI data protection controls (classification, DLP, encryption/key management, retention, masking/tokenization, prompt/response handling, vector store protections).
  • •Plan and execute AI security operations controls, including telemetry/monitoring, abuse and anomaly detection, SOC/SIEM/SOAR integration, and incident response/validation.
  • •Manage risks, issues, schedules, change control, escalations, weekly status reporting, project artifacts, and project budgets/forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing high-visibility technology projects involving AI in financial services.
  • •Cybersecurity project management experience, especially for Identity & Access Management, data protection, and security operations or adjacent control domains.
  • •AI delivery and security experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI capabilities (including LLM and agentic AI) in regulated environments.
  • •Fluency in securing AI services, including AI/LLM IAM controls, data protection controls for training/grounding data and prompts/responses, and AI security operations monitoring/response.
  • •Knowledge of AI governance/security frameworks and threat modeling, plus proficiency with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM).
