Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that is compliant with government and corporate requirements and demonstrates cost/schedule integration.
  • •Assist with planning and cost estimating, perform analyses, and prepare reports to help programs meet schedule commitments.
  • •Develop internal weekly and monthly schedule review packages and prepare compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.
  • •Prepare schedules for contract work and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis, and related schedule evaluations.
  • •Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines and support predictive planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of program planning/scheduling or project management experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • •Ability to analyze schedule data and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
