Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support business strategies.
  • •Maintain existing business and develop new business from OEMs and Tier suppliers.
  • •Work with key OEM customers to identify fastening system solutions for product applications.
  • •Visit key customers regularly to understand requirements and independently pursue new business opportunities.
  • •Secure orders and coordinate with customer service and plants to ensure timely product delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •At least 3 years of experience as a supplier developing OEM business.
  • •Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • •At least CET-4 required, with strong English speaking ability.
  • •Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment servicing customers from the automotive industry.
