Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, including succession planning, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain supervisory staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines.
