Commercial Client Onboarding & Dep. Acct. Supervisor

Supervise and mentor teams that onboard commercial clients, focusing on deposit and treasury management solutions. Plan and monitor team workflow to meet service levels, provide day-to-day guidance through onboarding, and coordinate with internal Line of Business partners. Ensure compliance with tax, risk, legal, and audit procedures, help resolve complex client issues, refine onboarding processes, and support training and proactive cross-sell opportunities.
