Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the EMEA-based FSEE TPM team, building ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Establish operating models, delivery standards, governance, and reporting mechanisms for cross-functional program execution.
  • •Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to drive execution of strategic initiatives across FSEE.
  • •Own annual planning, quarterly business reviews, goal setting, and leadership operating cadences across the regional engineering organization.
  • •Drive engineering business operations via metrics, dashboards, KPIs, workforce planning, budget management, and risk/opportunity planning.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years leading complex technical programs within software, platform, infrastructure, cloud, or related engineering organizations.
  • •5+ years managing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar functions.
  • •Track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Strong people leadership experience building, developing, and growing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience with annual planning, portfolio management, organizational operations, and executive reviews.
