  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of technology initiatives from planning and design through implementation, deployment, and support.
  • •Manage team capacity, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery commitments to meet strategic objectives.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and application teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
  • •Drive operational excellence by monitoring application performance, production support, service levels, and delivery outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience leading software development or IT teams.
