Key Responsibilities

•Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to power large-scale digital experiences.
•Build, configure, and optimize custom AEM components, editable templates, modular workflows, and content structures.
•Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content strategists, marketing leads, and technical teams to translate requirements into website features.
•Debug and resolve issues across AEM environments (development, staging, production) and support deployments and release management.
•Contribute to architectural discussions, provide documentation for platform enhancements, and ensure code quality, security, and performance.

Key Requirements

•3–7+ years of dedicated professional experience developing and deploying enterprise solutions specifically within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
•Proven hands-on experience building custom AEM components, custom workflows, and modern templates.
•Strong core Java development skills with experience using Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
•Frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for component rendering.
•Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and remote work with overlap to Middle East business hours.
