Support the Electronics Account Management team in driving seller success across the e-commerce journey. Help with acquisition and incubation of online merchants, manage seller accounts, and assist with onboarding, seller education, troubleshooting, and campaign status updates. Split time between account management and assortment/seller-hunting project initiatives, including research and process building. Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while gaining practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
•Support account management work and assist assortment & seller-hunting initiatives, including researching sources, building processes, and tracking progress.
•Manage seller accounts, including seller education, problem-solving, and campaign status updates.
•Communicate with sellers to ensure their needs are understood and addressed, and assist during onboarding with education, troubleshooting, and status updates.
•Perform other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled university student committed to 5 working days per week for at least 6 months.
•Preferably majoring in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration.
•Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
•Self-motivated to complete tasks to desirable timelines and show initiative.
•Analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
