Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and track production project moving parts from pre-production through post-production in collaboration with video operations and studio management.
  • •Partner early in product development to coordinate show rollouts, working with strategy/operations on communications plans and new workflow implementation.
  • •Draft call sheets and other production documentation for field and studio shoots.
  • •Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership to keep productions on track for reviews, standards/legal checks, and publishing deadlines.
  • •Maintain workflow/process documentation and support production needs on shoots, including coordinating freelancers and talent logistics.

Key Requirements
