Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical guidance and oversight for engineering projects related to steel, refinery and related infrastructure.
•Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and alignment with project scope, budget, and objectives.
•Provide subject-matter expertise in steel manufacturing processes (e.g., melting, casting, rolling, heat treatment, finishing, or fabrication).
•Ensure engineering solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols (e.g., ASTM, ASME, OSHA, ISO).
•Analyze existing operations to improve efficiency, reliability, and environmental performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred as stated in education section
•Minimum 5 years of working experience in engineering roles with 3 years relevant experience; GCC experience a plus
•Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and industry best practices; familiarity with simulation software and process modeling tools
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work with clients and contractors
