Job Summary

Oversee the sales floor departments within a Sephora location, ensuring all on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service. Partner with leadership to respond to client feedback, coach performance within your assigned area, and support training on client interactive technology. •Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and support timely responses to client feedback.
•Support training for world selling cast in client interactive technology.
•Support in-store events as needed to achieve store goals and client needs.
•Coach and manage performance within the assigned area, including timely feedback and regular check-ins with direct reports.
•Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities to support departmental success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20.8 - 24.45 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders.
•Ability to train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
•Awareness of and coaching to performance management situations within the assigned area of the store.
