Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Manual testing of features including functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.
•Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team to ensure timely resolution.
•Test AI-enabled product features for accuracy, reliability, usability, edge cases, and unintended behaviors.
•Use AI-assisted workflows to improve test planning, test case generation, exploratory testing, documentation, and QA efficiency.
•Collaborate with product, development, and design to review requirements and align on quality expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably with healthcare-related software in rehab therapy or related domains.

•Experience testing AI-enabled features or strong interest in evaluating AI outputs and using AI/agentic tools to improve QA workflows.
•Strong documentation skills for writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration across teams, and attention to detail.
