Job Summary

Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, and maturity initiatives as a senior individual contributor. Design and implement governance frameworks, control structures, and policy lifecycle processes aligned to ERM and regulatory expectations, driving Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and CRI Profile maturity scoring. Partner with engineering, data, risk, privacy, and audit teams while using automation and AI-assisted approaches to improve risk posture visibility, evidence collection, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead cybersecurity governance initiatives across risk identification, control design, policy management, and maturity improvement.
•Serve as a subject-matter expert for cyber risk management, including control effectiveness, risk treatment, and residual risk decisions.
•Drive RCSAs and ensure alignment to ERM standards and regulatory expectations.
•Own and manage CRI Profile assessments, including maturity scoring, evidence standards, and remediation tracking.
•Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, and support audits/regulatory exams with structured responses and evidence packaging.

•Strong ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into clear, defensible documentation.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, ITIL) preferred.
