Job Summary

Develop and grow customer relationships while promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services for retail consumers and small businesses. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, proactively reach out using CAMP and marketing tools, and cross-sell through outside sales activities and community events. Partner with business teams such as Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment to provide holistic solutions while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, including end-of-program certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future customer financial needs.
•Maintain product/service knowledge and recommend appropriate solutions using the company value proposition.
•Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP and approved marketing tools.
•Cross-sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services; meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; partner with business teams and guide CSRs on sales and referrals.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions, including maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
