Key Responsibilities

  • •Set operating plans to deliver the right products to customers on time, improving ramps and cycle times and supporting start-plan execution
  • •Ensure start plan execution at factories and analyze factory optimization and product support at key manufacturing sites
  • •Increase customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chains and implementing optimal supply chain solutions
  • •Learn end business markets to support business forecasting and anticipate disruptions
  • •Improve inbound/outbound transportation flows and optimize finished-goods movement between factories and distribution centers

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
