Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and validation of complex microservices solutions, acting as a key interface between BA/stakeholders and multidisciplinary DEV teams. Own code quality standards, contribute to testing (unit, integration, performance), and support production tooling usage. Drive automation to improve delivery efficiency, integrate services via SOAP and RESTful APIs, and help onboard and support junior team members while promoting secure development practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the communication and interface point between BA/stakeholders and multidisciplinary DEV teams.
•Build and test high-complexity solutions following established code quality rules.
•Participate in execution of tests (unit, integration, performance) and support production tooling during the project lifecycle.
•Implement targeted automation to improve efficiency and contribute to CI/CD and code review practices.
•Provide support to lower-profile team members and assist with onboarding/integration into the company.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of Java experience (Java 8 or higher), preferably with Java certification.
•At least 2 years in microservices development and design.
•Experience integrating Web Services SOAP and designing RESTful APIs.
•Strong experience with Spring Boot and solid knowledge of Spring and Spring Security.
•Hands-on knowledge with nodeJS and design patterns (e.g., Circuit Breaker, SAGA, Choreography).
