Direct management of production planning and S&OP activities to meet business, field support, and internal demand. Own BU Operations execution performance, driving perfect OTD and customer satisfaction across SPI, NPI, and field support. Improve operational responsiveness through ramp/downturn scenarios, manage key KPIs for efficiency and effectiveness, and proactively guide operations management based on trends. Lead BU organizational processes and develop P&C infrastructures and processes to support business needs.
