Job Summary

Lead growth, profitability, and competence development for a specialist consulting team focused on sustainable urban and property development. Drive business and service development, strengthen the group’s market position, and build long-term customer relationships. Support sales, tender, and project work, while leading and developing team members. Act as a senior consultant in advisory and process-leadership assignments and collaborate with other group managers in the department leadership team.
