Own procurement for semiconductor manufacturing by purchasing materials, supplies, machinery, and services for production facilities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage inventory and delivery scheduling, run RFQs and purchase requisitions/change orders, negotiate with suppliers, and handle PO/MRP updates and receipt/shortage expediting. Key Responsibilities

•Purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services for manufacturing facilities and coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables.
•Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and requests for quotes; communicate with suppliers via conversations, email, and meetings.
•Manage PO activities based on MRP signal changes, follow up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain records.
•Handle receipt management, including shortage management and expediting processes.
•Maintain procurement business system data integrity (e.g., lead time and cost) and perform vendor analysis for comparisons, cost savings, and negotiation.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in SAP MM and Excel.
•Global supply chain experience, including built-to-print and OEM commodities.
•Experience in project or volume purchasing for production.
•Experience managing P2P (procure-to-pay) and acting as an engineering buyer using SAP ERP.
•3 to 9 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
