Key Responsibilities

  • •Purchase materials, supplies, machinery, and services for manufacturing facilities and coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables.
  • •Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and requests for quotes; communicate with suppliers via conversations, email, and meetings.
  • •Manage PO activities based on MRP signal changes, follow up on orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain records.
  • •Handle receipt management, including shortage management and expediting processes.
  • •Maintain procurement business system data integrity (e.g., lead time and cost) and perform vendor analysis for comparisons, cost savings, and negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in SAP MM and Excel.
  • •Global supply chain experience, including built-to-print and OEM commodities.
  • •Experience in project or volume purchasing for production.
  • •Experience managing P2P (procure-to-pay) and acting as an engineering buyer using SAP ERP.
  • •3 to 9 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
