Key Responsibilities

  • •Intake of critical response communications.
  • •Respond to calls for equipment service and security-related technology information (e.g., phone, email, emergency mass notification tools).
  • •Monitor and respond to security alarms using alarm monitoring tools, cameras, and intelligence resources to identify and resolve physical security threats.
  • •Create comprehensive documented records of security-related incidents and coordinate routine and critical incident communications.
  • •Implement access control procedures and support incident response with general security, first responder, and law enforcement engagement; escalate to supervisors when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in one or more areas: law enforcement, military, corporate security, business continuity, risk, emergency management, or customer service.
  • •At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • •Preferred: Associate’s degree or higher.
  • •3+ years of experience in the security field.
  • •3+ years of Security Operations Center or emergency communications experience.
