Support the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager in driving Levi’s Store Iconic results through team development and operational excellence. Assume store leadership in their absence while ensuring operational standards, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control. Assist with hiring, training, and retaining staff, execute visual presentation, lead RFID-enabled merchandising and inventory processes, and coach teams while handling minor employee relations issues.

•Execute visual presentation following corporate direction and recommend merchandising adaptations.
•Lead merchandising team to complete RFID-enabled inventory management and visual merchandising processes, and coach for maximum productivity.
