Key Responsibilities

  • •Research key legal developments and prepare briefing notes for the legal team.
  • •Review contracts including program licences, research, marketing, and general services agreements; help maintain the contract database.
  • •Assist with company administration, corporate secretarial documents, and compliance matters.
  • •Support drafting policies and training materials and help deliver staff training sessions.
  • •Assist with rights clearance, including crew/participant releases, and administer marketing competitions and related initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience preparing written legal advice, acquired through on-the-job work or course work.
  • •A general understanding of contract terms such as payment terms, SLAs, and termination clauses.
  • •Comfort using word processing software, including Microsoft Word.
  • •High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Exceptional organisational, and excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
