Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop pre-commissioning execution methodologies for offshore and onshore projects with the Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer.
  • •Define and order equipment and installation aids; specify suitable pre-commissioning spreads and vessels.
  • •Prepare readiness reviews, constructability inputs, and HAZID; review subcontractor pre-commissioning procedures.
  • •Coordinate execution, demobilization, and work scopes for onshore and offshore pre-commissioning; manage pre-commissioning subcontracts.
  • •Prepare task plans and site deliverables (e.g., master equipment list, MOC, site memos), conduct site visits, and train/mentor Field Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry working for major contractors.
  • •Experience managing a team of more than 2 engineers.
  • •General experience in shallow and deepwater water installation operations.
  • •Rigid & flexible pipeline pre-commissioning experience executing at least 8 projects.
  • •Umbilical pre-commissioning experience executing at least 4 projects.
