Job Summary

As a Plant Associate, you’ll perform hands-on assembly and processing for parts used in missiles and high-tech products. Work in a manufacturing environment to disassemble, re-assemble, encapsulate, solder, and inspect electronic and mechanical systems while checking quality with fixtures and production aids. Follow written procedures and safety/environmental requirements, support material flow, and maintain reliable weekend shift coverage (Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

•Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks including assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, encapsulation, soldering, repair, and/or inspection of wire harness and electronic/mechanical systems.
•Check work quality using available fixtures and production aids.
•Follow written instructions, procedures, and product specifications to complete assigned tasks.
•Support material flow by routing, dispatching, and expediting as needed.
•Perform all duties according to operating procedures and environmental/safety requirements, including weekend shift coverage.
