Key Requirements

  • •Required compliance: complete National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and maintain ongoing compliance requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
