Key Responsibilities

•Oversee stock control for stylists and uniforms, ensuring inventory accuracy and strict procedure compliance.
•Manage and report daily team operations, including attendance monitoring, scheduling, and holiday planning.
•Ensure timely inventory replenishment and analyze stock movements to identify trends and potential red flags.
•Conduct research and testing projects to improve the consistency of dealers’ on-camera appearance and presentation quality.
•Conduct practical interviews for stylists and coordinate continuous improvement projects to enhance appearance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of hands-on experience in makeup application or hairstyling.
•Minimum high school diploma, plus a diploma or professional certification in makeup or hairstyling.
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
•PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365.
•Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment with strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
