Key Responsibilities

  • •Create service-oriented dashboards to monitor volume trends and operational/process health, including daily productivity and utilization reporting.
  • •Support complaint management and perform value-added analysis including root cause analysis of errors and incidents, driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Oversee risk-related regulatory reporting for CIBG, IBG, and RBG, enhance KPI/MI for performance monitoring, and ensure error-free periodic regulatory reporting.
  • •Manage end-to-end vendor management activities (onboarding/offboarding, resource allocation, purchase requisitions, billing and GRNs) and coordinate training programs for FTC resources.
  • •Provide leadership through governance decks, daily/weekly operational reviews, escalation of risks/issues, and ensure adherence to QC frameworks, process audits, and data integrity for management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •PG/graduate with at least 10+ years of diversified experience in banking operations across a range of banking products and services.
  • •Strong analytical skills with MS Office and PowerPoint, including communication and presentation skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • •Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and SQL, plus data warehousing tools and analytics tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
  • •Strong decision making and conflict handling, with effective management of risk, control, and compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • •Good PC skills and adaptability to new systems and technology, including awareness of MIS/analytics requirements across in-house operating systems.
