Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the planning and execution of work going through the Project Shop and set work priority.
  • •Track equipment backlogs and generate new PMs/revisions of existing PMs.
  • •Maintain recordkeeping for performance, repair histories, outage planning, and employee time tracking.
  • •Procure parts, facilitate parts repairs, and monitor parts inventories for accuracy and machine availability.
  • •Attend outage meetings and develop standard scopes of work for all APU’s.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in Construction Management or related discipline, or 5 years of experience in furnace refractory repairs and construction management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment testing under the specific area of discipline.
  • •Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a new environment.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication and time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
