Job Summary

Manage the planning and execution of work through the Project Shop, coordinating priorities and ensuring smooth delivery of tasks for the plant’s APU equipment. Track equipment backlogs, generate PM revisions, maintain repair and outage records, and support employee time tracking. Procure parts, facilitate repairs, monitor inventory accuracy, and lead outage meetings while developing standard scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the planning and execution of work going through the Project Shop and set work priority.
•Track equipment backlogs and generate new PMs/revisions of existing PMs.
•Maintain recordkeeping for performance, repair histories, outage planning, and employee time tracking.
•Procure parts, facilitate parts repairs, and monitor parts inventories for accuracy and machine availability.
•Attend outage meetings and develop standard scopes of work for all APU’s.

Key Requirements

•Associates degree in Construction Management or related discipline, or 5 years of experience in furnace refractory repairs and construction management.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
•Ability to pass pre-employment testing under the specific area of discipline.
•Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a new environment.
•Effective written and verbal communication and time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
